AMAZING RICE WATER REMEDY FOR FASTER HAIR GROWTH!

Tired of trying every remedy for hair growth? well here's your guaranteed hair growth remedy!
According to researchers, women in the hein period (794 to 118CE) in Japan had floor-length hair, they kept them healthy by bathing it in rice water.

Women in china, japan and south east have been using this remedy for centuries.
A modern-day equivalent of this story can be found in china. The Yao women, who live in a village called Huanglo in China are famed for having hair that average 6 feet long!

I’ve always had problem with my hair growing. I once had a special L'Oreal treatment called Serioxly treatment for 3 months, but it didn’t affect me a lot, I didn’t notice a lot of difference.

My mom use to put oil in my hair to help them grow but that never worked for me either and why lie I didn’t like putting oil in my hair anyway, also didn’t know that excessive amount if oil can attract dirt and dandruff. It can create a heavy barrier on the scalp and clog pores, you can check out my blog about why aren’t my hair growing to know more about clogged hair follicles and how to treat them.
After trying everything I could and using a lot of hair products, the only thing that helped me is the rice water remedy.

You need rice water if

  1. You have rough, dry hair
  2. Dull hair
  3. Weak hair
  4. Hair fall
  5. or if your hair not growing

Rice water contains

  • Amino acids
  • Vitamin B
  • Vitamin C
  • minerals
  • Antioxidants
Amino acids and vitamins can contribute to faster hair growth and strengthen your strands. In addition, rice also contains inositol, an ingredient that helps restore damaged hair. Antioxidants in the rice water protect the cuticles, it helps to improve the hair, it also prevents the premature graying of your hair plus antioxidants boost the blood circulation and nutrient supply to the scalp which will benefit the overall scalp condition

I looked up how to use rice water but there’s a lot of new ways and people add a lot more to it but I’m gonna tell you the simplest effective way!

But let me warn you… the water stinks! But luckily not for long! For a few minutes only your hair will smell bad but not a lot, then it dries and the smell goes away. Its just a little cost you have to pay but the results will make you say WORTH IT! And you can always add essential oils in it to make it smell less bad but only a few drops.

How to make rice water

  1. Plain rice ½ cup
  2. Water 2 cups
  3. An airtight container
  4. An empty spray bottle
Add rice to water in an airtight container and keep for 2 hours
Now, you must choose if you want fermented or non-fermented rice water.
Fermented rice water enhances the benefits of rice water its better than non-fermented.

To make fermented rice water let the rice stay in water in the airtight container for day. But if you don’t wanna wait then you can make non-fermented rice water for that you only put the rice in water for 2-3 hours.

Stir the water before taking it out so that all the benefit of the rice mixes into the water.
Drain the rice water out and put the water in the spray bottle.
Be sure that there’s not even a single rice left in the water.

How to use

After you shower, Spray and massage your scalp so the water goes in right and leave it in don’t wash again, I’ve seen some people rinse after using the rice water but it works more if you don’t but if you still want to rinse, you can but not thoroughly. after applying you can do whatever you do after showering to your hair, I use a glycerin water spray for my dry hair after shower.

Use this 2 to 3 times weekly and don’t forget to do a patch test first.

How to store it

There’s 2 ways to store it and definitely should go the with second way.

First is just that you put in the spray bottle and keep it in room temperature, but this way the water will go bad faster, so if you’re someone who’s worried about how the rice water will smell after you apply… or how it’ll feel in your hair… or if the smell will go away or not…. then yes just put it anywhere in room temperature and do a trail test for 3 days that’s it. 3 days is max.

Second is you put it in the refrigerator, this way till take around 2 weeks for the water to go bad

How do you know it’s gone bad?

It’ll start smelling a lot, like a lot a lot that you can’t smell it anymore and the appearance of the water will also change to cloudy white. It’s not that hard to find out its gone bad you’ll definitely know.

TOP 10 WAYS TO MINIMIZE PORES!

Wondering how to minimize pores? Well if you search on the internet you’ll find many different ways but not all of them work, I’ve got here the top 10 tips and remedies that actually work. Pores are small openings that cover all of the skin in your body. Enlarged pores are my worst fear and I know a lot of people have the same fear. But there are many ways you can stop this from happening. Many factors can lead to enlarge pores, some out of our control including genetics and aging and some we can control like blackheads, sun damage and oily skin. Sun damage can actually thicken your skin, which leads to bigger pores, HOW? Oily and unclean skin can cause oils to settle around the pores, making them appear larger as the skin around them thickens. When skin produces too much oil it mixes with the dead skin and clog pores. Blackheads, acne infection resulting from clogged pores with sebum can also lead to larger pores. People with oily skin produce a lot of sebum so th...
