Let me tell you how to make gram flour face-wash, scrub, body wash and mask! This can be used on body as well as face, gram flour is completely safe so don’t worry while using it ,its best for oily skin as it absorbs excessive oils too!

Gram flour face wash

For this all you need is gram flour! 
  1.  Wet your face
  2.  Put a little gram flour in your hand and rub it on your face 
  3.  Wash you face after a little scrubbing
  4.  Moisturize. Don’t forget to moisturize after gram flour as it can leave the skin a little dry.

Gram flour scrub

For this you need

  1. Gram flour 2 tablespoon
  2. Honey 1 teaspoon
  3. Turmeric powder a pinch
  4. Milk as required
Make a paste and apply to skin let it dry a little but not completely and then start scrubbing.

Body wash

For this you need

  1. Gram flour 1 cup
  2. Milk as required
  3. Lemon half
Apply the paste all over your body and use the other half of lemon to scrub.

Mask

All you need is

  1. Gram flour (besan) 2 teaspoon
  2. Yogurt 2 teaspoon
  3. Lemon 1 tablespoon
  4. And turmeric powder (haldi) 1/3 teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients and apply to you face, wait until it dries and wash off while massaging your skin.
