TOP 3 METHODS TO REMOVE BLACKHEADS FROM NOSE!

Blackheads are pimples that rise to the surface of the skin. When a pore gets clogged and closes up, its known as a white head, but when it doesn’t, it’s a blackhead. I know a lot of people will be dealing with blackheads especially on the nose, (me too :/) its really annoying and looks ugly. Just scrubbing will not work, it doesn’t clean it up completely, you will still notice some blackheads after you’ve just used a normal scrub on your nose. These 3 easy methods work better to clean up the nose and make it look shiny!

Why do we get blackheads?

  •  Pores get clogged with sebum (the natural oil that our gland on our face make) which can cause blackheads
  • Dirt, skin cells and bacteria too clog the pores
  •  Hormonal changes can also be a cause as they can lead to increased production of sebum
  • Over production of skin cells
  •  Heavy sweating
  •  Shaving and other activities that open the hair follicles
  •  High humidity and grease in the environment

So, if your someone dealing with blackheads you need to try these remedies.

Method 1:

Baking soda!

  • Steam your face – This will help open up your pores so its easier to remove blackhead. Steam your face for 5-10 mins. Rinse your face with warm water and pat it dry.
  • Make a paste of baking soda and gently rub on your nose but don’t be to harsh as it can harm your skin.

For the paste you need:

  1. Baking soda 2 teaspoon
  2. Apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon (optional)
  3. Water as required
Mix them together and make a paste.
  •  Baking soda will dry up your blackheads and make your skin appear brighter and cleaner.
  •  Apple cider vinegar is a natural astringent and antibacterial.

Method 2

Toothbrush!

Just use a toothbrush! This method works really really well and its faster and easier.

But you can’t just use any brush on your nose it needs to be medium to soft bristles harsh bristles can damage can irritate the skin and also make it dry.

You can either just use the toothbrush or put some face wash on it to make it a little soapy (it’s easier that way or you can also do it alone with a brush, but I think just the brush can be a little hard for the nose so try using a face wash.

Gently scrub your nose with it and try to scrub in circular motion where the black heads appear the most. After scrubbing rinse your face and pat it dry but don’t rub it anymore. Then just apply a moisturizer and your done! Clean shiny nose!

Method 3

Egg white mask!

Egg whites are not just healthy for your diet it’s also very good for you skin as it can shrink the stubborn pores with its sticky texture. You can steam your face before applying for better results.

For the mask you need:

  1. Egg white 1
  2. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
Whisk the egg and add lemon juice in it, then separate the mixture into two equal parts. Apply the first layer and let it dry (it’ll dry really fast) then apply the second layer and wait 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with water and pat dry.

More tips:

  1. Try washing your face at least twice daily. This will clean the excess oil on your face and prevent formation of blackhead.
  2. If you have oily skin, there are more chances for blackheads to appear, so you need to do something for controlling the oil, like using a face mask which helps with excess oil production.
  3. Whenever you take a shower try to scrub your nose a little, this way your nose will stay clean always
