DARK CIRCLE TREATMENTS!

Are they a serious problem? Not really, but some people think dark circles make them look tired or unhealthy. There are many products for them but not all of them work and I’ll say this again Nature has some pretty amazing ingredients that can in fact do wonders for our skin, so I try to take benefit from them as much as I can and they work like magic!

Some health problems can also cause dark circles but don’t stat worrying, dark circles due to health problems are mostly very dark and you’ll know if it’s because of your health or your sleep. You’ll notice your under eyes get more dark when you didn’t get enough sleep and if you start getting enough sleep they go away on their own. They’re sometimes like a warning sign that your body needs sleep.

Allergies can also cause dark circles. I suffer from idk what allergy, I can’t stand blankets. I start sneezing, my eyes get itchy and so does my throat, I try to avoid but still everyone else in the house use blankets so it happens like every night. I have dark circles and I’m prettyy sure its because of that.

For me just relaxing my eyes with something cold helps a lot!

How to get rid of dark circles

SLEEP!!

As I just said, dark circles may be a warning sign that your body needs sleep, it can also make you look paler which makes your dark circles more visible.

Cold

Take 2 spoons and out them in the freezer for a while, when they’re cold (not frozen or else they’ll stick to your eyes!) put them on your eyes and relax.. feel the cold in your eyes.

Another way is Cucumber. Cut two slices of cucumber and put them in the freezer so they get cold faster and then put them on your eyes and chill.

Almond Oil

Almond oil is very good for dark spots anywhere. Take few drops of oil and massage your eyes before sleeping, let it stay overnight and wash it in the morning. It’s also goof if you want to lighten your knuckles.

Use cold milk and they gone in 14 days

Take a cotton ball, dip it in milk and apply it to your eyes for about 45 minutes and then wash off with cold water. Do this for 14 days and look at the results.

Rose water

Last but not the least, Rose water. If you’ve seen my other posts, you’ll see I have a lot of remedies with rose water, its because it has soothing, brightening ad refreshing properties. Take a cotton ball and dip it in rose water, apply daily 2-3 times. You can also just get a rose water spray and spray it all over your face daily, you don’t need to wash after applying, and don’t forget to refrigerate it, it’ll be more effective.

Everyone out there with sensitive skin have a big problem with skincare routine because something even mildly irritating can set our skin off so I’ve got here ingredients that you need to look out for when buying your next skin care product or trying a home remedy.
